Question cost of retrieving voicemail

Can any one advice me the cost of retrieving voicemail messages on the Free Virgin voicemail service?

What is the maximun number of rings before voicemail answers?

It is free from a Virginmedia phone line.

It rings about 6 times before going to voicemail.

Thanks Masque,
I have added Caller Display and Voicemail Plus.

It was a night mare finding the pin code that Virgin Media had created and put on the voicemail without telling me what is was, I was passed round 4 agents on a 40 minute call.

Finally sorted out by a very helpful lady on faults in India.

I do not remember her name but she went that extra mile in sorting the problem out.

I always understood it was the last 4 digits of ypur phone number - mine was!
