I have to say that I am less than impressed by the lack of patience shown by CF members posting in this thread. Cable Forum was founded to be HELPFUL to it's members.

Redstation are a server provider, I have a server hosted by them. It would seem your old PC has a VPN or proxy configured, or perhaps a virus or similar that is routing your connection via a command and control server.
I realise this thread is old but it could still be an issue for you
