I've had real problems registering for Spotify via My Virgin Media. I'm a Premium use paid up to middle of Jan.
The process goes thru first two sections of i've got an existing account and i got to canceling the account, which i did.
Thats all i can do, it won't let me do anything else
Been thru to CS and they don't know anymore than me
One really nice CS guy thought that it is because i still have a Spotify account in credit and would need to be an open account first.
I'm all confused, Is that right?
