Moving house to non virgin area
My daughter is looking to move house shortly, but the new property will be in a non-Virgin area.
Although no longer able to keep her V6 or other VM services, will she be permitted to keep her email address? Although she will be able to gain access to the Virgin Media site, she is worried that her user name and password will no longer work.
Does anyone know the answer to this, please?

Re: Moving house to non virgin area
No, you can't keep the Virgin Media email address. It'll stop working 90 days after the broadband services stop.
