To be fair it's been the same for me as well. The LAN ports on both my test Superhubs like to randomly drop data and I see no reason why - yet they work fine if I stop the Superhub booting up properly :P

Personally I'm unlikely to trust it to do anything in particular until I get OpenWRT running on it, which will probably take the better part of a year.
