iphone 5c contract wont turn on

my phone won't turn on and the button on the top is not working, it seems the faulty button is a common problem with the 5c. Apple offer to fix this for free I think, but as said the phone won't even turn on now. Will virgin fix it ? or will i have to pay for it myself, does anyone know ?

Re: iphone 5c contract wont turn on

I would personally get Apple to fix it if they are offering it for free. I had a phone sent to VM and they wanted to charge me for water damage and I can assure you that water damage just was not possible as my phone is in a case at all times and then stored in my handbag.
