Should I cancel "free Upgrade" from 20mB to 60MB

Hi all currently have a SA moden connected to DLINK 615 on 20mb seems quite reliable for browsing and xbox,

Ive got a Superhub planned install on the 18th May, I assume once i go Superhub i cant go back, so with that in mind should i cancel the install and stay on my reliable slower network?

Sometimes docsis 1 is congested sometimes docsis3, you'll be moving from 1 to 3 so there is a risk, but it's one you will have to take eventually if your modem packs in

Devil and the deep blue sea.

From other reports I have read it might be wise to wait until your area gets auto upgraded as a result of the speed doubling program.

However, in Northants, I went from 20 to 30meg successfully. The superhub was a complete disaster though. So if you take the plunge, my advice is to put the superhub into modem mode and keep on using your Dlink 615.

Re: Should I cancel "free Upgrade" from 20mB to 60MB

I just moved to the superhub and 100Mb from 50Mb and it's been running perfectly for a couple of weeks now.

Not everyone has trouble in router mode.
