Today I have no interent access WiFi or Ethernet, though my voip phone, also connected via ethernet is working fine. Time to call faults!

That implies the hub is fine and you have a fault elsewhere?

Yes, it righted itself after a few reboots. I had very slow download speeds last night (less than 1mb) and ping of around 500, then this morning nothing. I was getting various error messages, but the most frequent was for DNS server error.

Hmm, DNS issues could be that your DNS server is down or just that your general internet is down (And since DNS is usually the first port of call for a connection, I'm waging it was the latter).

Thanks. Assume there's not a lot I can personally do to resolve such a problem, other than reboots. To be fair, aside from the 2.4ghz problem I'm having, my connection is usually rock solid.
