4G offers for NEW Customers

Been a virgin custome over 20 Years, I saw an offer today 4G sim. Unlimited texts 5000 min's any network 20GB data £12:50 as I pay £15 for 3G.
So I phone up to be told even though I'm an excising customer the offer is for NEW customers. Absolutely Disgusting.
So tomorrow going to be phoning EE See what they can offer, not happy now

Re: 4G offers for NEW Customers

As a long term customer with 3 mobile numbers I have been given excellent 4G deals by ringing 0800 183 1150. Another advantage is that you get straight through without having to press different buttons. All the people I have spoken to (in Manila I think) have been exceptionally polite and helpful and actually carry out what they say.

Where was the offer shown? The standard tariff on the site is £25.
