Angry Complete joke of a company

I just attempted to get Virgin installed at home (Ealing, West London). Have been at Sky for a few years now, but really wanted the super-fast broadband, hd, multiroom etc..

Arranged for a site survey before the install as had a few questions, [ADMIN EDIT] didn't bother turning up. Kept telling me throughout the day that the bloke was on his way - either complete incompetence or a blatant lie. I wouldn't have been angry if they had just said sorry - its not gonna happen, can we try another time? But the kept me in, taking a day of work wasting my time.

How this company manages to survive is amazing. I have heard that they are terrible, but assumed this was just a couple of isolated incidents. However, appears its not - everyone I know who has tried Virgin says don't.

Do not join them - they suck!
