Hi , Just got my 60mb installed. I turned off wireless mode and have my pc and xbox connected via ethernet. If both are used at the sametime how is bandwidth allocated and can i change how much my pcor xbox gets?

Re: VM 60mb help

buy a decent router and stick the SH into modem mode. make sure the router has versatility whether it be functionality of its original firmware or able to run a third party firmware

Re: VM 60mb help

the point thenry and craig are making is that the shub is a sub-standard router and doesnt actually support the features you are after, hence the suggestion to buy a proper router.

That being said, you should have plenty of juice to go around. The xbox isnt going to detrimentally impact anything for the pc and the only way the pc is going to kill things for the xbox is if you hammer your connection with torrents or newsgroups.
