Wireless TV?

Is 54Mb/s fast enough to transmit TV picture and sound? I have a static PC - if I fitted it with a TV card of some description, and set up a wireless link between the static PC and a laptop, would I then be able to watch TV on the laptop? Any idea what quality (given that the quality at the PC was OK?) Thanks

Re: Wireless TV?

You probably wouldn't be able to do this directly, although, Windows XP remote desktop may allow you to do this but the quality may not be brilliant due to the refresh rate.

Re: Wireless TV?

You might be able to do a PC > Media Encoder > Laptop > Media Player. That should work but there will be a 10 second delay due to the encoding.
