Compensating unhappy customers means that they are less likely to leave, which would cost them much more in the first month alone. They will push prices up as far as they believe the market will stand, regardless of any compensation paid.
To reiterate, I do not pay for services not received. I would not expect to pay full price at the end of the week if my newspaper or milk had been missed at any point.
Now you get over that, please.

Well, six months on and this fault has now been fixed.
Ironically, just as VM added an app called Radioline which also carries this station! Adding this earlier would have been a useful workaround.
