volume not working
I have the samsung top box with the blue remote.
Today i turned tv on and the volume button on the virgin remote has stoped working , even the volume dots that appear on tv have stoped coming on the screen . The only way i can turn tv up or down is with the tv remote . All was ok yesterday .
All other buttons on virgin remote are working ok. I rebooted samsung box but still the same , How would i get this working again. Thanks

Sounds like you need to re-progam your remote for sound... go to help in the tv guide and follow instructions there.

Do the following.....
Home > 9 > 2 > 5 > 4
find the make of your tv and then note the codes available > then press OK to see instructions
