Exclamation virgin are not people friendly

hi, this is my first time here but i have been reading existing comments and wonder if anyone can help me.
i have an ongoing problem with virgin getting them to keep my accounts up to date with the tariffs and they constantly overcharge me.
i have rang them countless times i have sent my complaint recorded delivery to the swansea address got no reply i have complained online twice with no reply.
i saw your older comments about getting in touch with ceo but they seem to have blocked anything going to that email address i have put all the names in even tom mockridge but nothing .
i am desperate they owe me over £200 and i am going around in circles .
please help.

They wont keep your account up to date with the tariffs. It's up to you to check to see what deal your on - sorry but your unlikely to get any joy with this and I would give up - the stress will kill you before VM do anything.

what a defeatist attitude, so for a peaceful life you will let any company walk all over you.

I would be all over them like a rash , the squeaky wheel gets the oil , jugsy keep ringing and explaining your problem sooner or later you will find someone who will help you , don't take no for an answer !!

Ps welcome to the forum

Re: virgin are not people friendly

Well sending emails to Neil Berkett won't work as he isn't the CEO anymore.

Who suggested Neil Berkett ?

The OP could try ceo.office@virginmedia.co.uk
