Solution to current email issues with Virgin Media

This solution worked for me and others

If you turn off SSL on your inbound email it will work.

Go to the VM help and support pages HERE and do everything it says for the manual settings for your email client, EXCEPT where it says to set SSL encryption.

EDIT: You'll need to change this setting back when they resolve the issue.

This got me working again

I hope this helps people.

Regards

Mark

As per my other post call support as it probably just needs the password resetting.
