Hi there,

Just letting you know that I have returned my router to virgn.

Hopefully the replacement will work!

A little delayed in my update, but I recieved a new router from Virgin, plugged it in exactly the same way I did the first time, and guess what? It worked this time!

Fixed! -> Faulty Router.
