Its stable, however just checked catch-up on the v+ upstairs and its not working on that either.

Sounds like an IT fault on your account. Anything with OSS in it points to our LDAP servers.
Basically your boxes aren't being recognised on our servers for some reason. Could also be a wider issues, but usually a SUI (single user issue).
I'll check later tonight when in work for you, and see if we have a local issue to you.

had a prob with my catch up tv and choice on demand services on my sa v+ box rang up on tuesday and they came on wednesday they changed box to a new samsung one so very happy all working again

The complaint about not all TIVO screens being HD is also echoed statewide so they may rectify it.

But its been there since TiVo Premiere was released and still hasn't been fixed yet. That was almost a year ago.
TiVo don't strike me as the quick to fix company. Have they even enabled the second processor core on the Premiere yet? Again a year-old fault (causing performance issues, no less)
