Changing phone number

How would I go about getting my virgin fixed line phone number changed, we're getting a high volume of nuisance calls and would like them to stop.

Is there a charge for changing the phone number?

Thanks.

Re: Changing phone number

If you inform the police and you have a crime number then most companies will change it for free.. Without a crime number most will charge

Virgin Media’s Nuisance Call Bureau (NCB) will help you, if you have been a victim of a nuisance and/or malicious phone call. You will need to call their free phone number and ask for the NCB on 0800 953 3333.

Re: Changing phone number

The 1st number change is free after that it's chargeable, not sure how much it is currently.

AndyCambs advice is good and you should call if you are getting nuisance calls.
