How to reset V+ remote code?

Does anyone know the default code, how how to reset the remote to it's factory settings?

Hi all 0683 is the reset code for V+ remote (black one) as of 09/12/07

I just set up my Black V+ remote to control my Philips TV. The procedure to set up the remote is to hold the Mute and volume + key together until the green TV light flashes. This muted the V+ box volume. I proceeded and set it up to control my TV's volume and guess what...the STB remains muted. I had to reset the remote to allow me to unmute the STB. The 0683 code was not accepted by the remote but 0000 worked so thanks to JethroUK!
