Connection blues, new modem power levels?

Hi guys, After years of good service I have been having a repeating T3 problem for the past month and am wondering if theres an updated resource on things like expected power levels etc?

An engineer came today and swapped my SH2 for a 3 but sure enough ive had evening timeouts again. Its only for <1 hour an night but its terribly annoying, gaming is impossible, web pages take a minute or two to build, even whatsapp messages take forever to send. Inspecting it with pingplotter reports up to 60% packet loss on every hop to google dot com each night.

After looking thrrough this forum a while for past results I notice my dBmV is higher than around 1.0 as others have posted but am not sure if this is in spec or not?

Any clues guys? Engineer seemed to think it was ok but that was this afternoon, its always after 8pm it starts T3ing.

Thanks!!

They're a bit on the high side but the engineer is right, they are in spec.

If it's only peak times it sounds like an area fault, might be worth asking virgin to check for any congestion / SNR etc issues in your area at peak times.

My power levels where at 9 to 10.5 for a fairly long time and I've never noticed any issues so I doubt 4.5 to 6.4 would effect your connection.

Oh well, thanks for the sanity check guys. Guess I'll just have to keep phoning up, just its been a month already and its not fun being kicked out of my game each night with these T3 errors.
