SKY love feedback
Been up and running with SKY now for almost 1 month and have noticed they really love feedback.
Since joining I've been asked to provide SKY customer feedback, feedback via SKY Lounge Lab and feedback via IPSOS.
It's interesting the type of questions they ask about the service they provide compared to my previous provider. I was also asked questions about TiVo compared to SKY+
I really get the sense more products and innovations are on the horizon from SKY.

Just had SKY marketing call me on the back of recent feedback.
They noted I listed SKY HD and the selection of channels as one of my reasons for joining SKY. They offered me a 50% rebate on the HD charge for 1 year. I advised I'm already getting HD for half price. They offered me HD for £2 per month. Snapped it up straight away. That's just saved me another £36 over the next 12 months.
I asked why I was getting the offer. They advised because they value my customer and feedback.
