Puppy vomiting

Hi

My GF (she's living abroad now) puppy which is a few months old is vomiting white foam and shaking
She took him to the vet and had some tests
Not too sure what test were done but she did say blood test was fine
Was given some kinda iv? drip

Took him home and next day went back to the vet said he was better
still vomited once or twice during the day though

Then last night he was vomiting and shaking again
urinated while shaking like he couldn't control himself
And when he got up he was walking around distressed and just not like himself

My GF is very worried
Was late at 4am when she called me so no vet is open
Said she will take him back to see vet when they are open

Does any 1 have any idea what's happening with this puppy
The puppy is very cute from the pics and video calls I seen of him
And my GF being very Is making me worried aswell

Re: Puppy vomiting

well been talking to my GF on the phone
and realise the puppy looks more like hes having seizures then just shaking
shes been talking to the vet and suggested to the vet could it be epilepsy (read it on internet)
the vet said it could be
but they cant be certain without a MRI scan
and the city shes in doesnt have a veterinary with MRI

if it is the puppy needs to be on medication
