It's easy.....

Take a small hammer and hit the lense until it breaks into pieces and then simply reach in and replace the bulb

I had to replace a rear high intensity bulb in a Corsa 51 plate and I had to remove the rear bumper to change it.

If it's like the regular focus it's annoying but not hard.
Open the tailgate, look at the side of the light cluster for a screw, usually a Torx T20. Remove it.
Feel around just below where the parcel shelf goes, there's a plastic thumbscrew, remove it
carefully pull the light cluster off the vehicle and change the bulb
refitting is a reverse of the above.
