Unable to send/receive emails (split from "Re: Wireless information")

Apologies if this is the wrong area.
I have recently purchased a Dell 1725 Inspiron laptop. O/S XP Pro. IP =NTLWORLD.COM via cable modem . I use the laptop in another room connecting via a Buffalo wireless router. Using outlook express, I am unable to send or receive emails using my @ntlworld.com address. The router signal is excellent. Help please.

Can you get online ok, if so the should be no problems retrieving your emails.

Which email client do you use for email, and do you know your password.

You can retrieve your email here if you know the password http://webmail.ntlworld.com/
