Logging out in a few minutes and no idea if I'll be back, I feel so ashamed and humiliated that I want to hide myself away permanently.

Apart from work, so much family BS too that I keep getting dragged into and honestly it is not doing my mental health much good. I fear I will snap at some point and I hope that never happens.

Ditto that. Although sounding off isn't pleasant, it's therapeutic. Far better than keeping all the pain/anger/frustration inside where it can only lead to trouble.

Take care and whatever else happens, if you feel you're lost with nowhere to go please seek help, there's plenty around if only you look. I know I was as low as I possibly could be when I lost my wife but I found people to listen and that's what kept me going when I just wanted to give up.

Good luck mark. This is as good a place as any to get your problems and frustrations of your chest, plus there is usually never a shortage of sound good advice, mainly from others admittedly

Yes l echo the same thoughts as posters before me as l hope and pray that Mark gets his problems sorted out.
