Attenuator

Afternoon all, just after a bit of confirmation.

Friend of mine is getting nowhere near the speeds he should be (100meg config, 40-50 on speedtests).

When I've looked his DS power levels are +10-11db which I suspect is causing the issues.

I have a 10db forward path attenuator lying around that I was going to put on there to save him going through CS and waiting in for an engineer, but before I did that I just wanted some confirmation this is the right one I need?

If not could someone point me in the right direction to acquire one?

Cheers

A 10db FPA would bring his power levels down but that may not be the cause. Worth a try though.

Cheers - Yeah I know he might still have issues but figured if it was something this simple it'd save him time if i could at least give it a go.
