FTP on Hub 3.0

not sure if this is the right place - and apologies if not.... but
I had a Super Hub 2.0 & an Synology NAS connected as an FTP Server, connectable internally and externally. Port settings were changed in the advanced menu options of the Hub

Have today received a Hub 3.0 as part of a move to Vivid 300, and I can't get the FTP Port Forwarding to work.

I have made amendments to 3.0 (also attached) - but it fails to connect.

Have tried testing using https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ and it says the port is closed.

Any suggestions?

Re: FTP on Hub 3.0

Are you setting up Passive or Active FTP?

Can you connect internally to your Synology?

Do you have a log of an attempted FTP connection we can diagnose?

Found out the issue - bit basic, but the new router had assigned a new IP address (obvious really) and I was using the old one. Also added in port forwarding for port 80.
