Is Vodafone's Business Customer Service getting worse?

Is Vodafone's Business Customer Service getting worse, or is it just me?

They used to bend over backwards for business customers, but now they just don't seem to want to know. I spend quite a lot of money with them for a small business, but have been without the use of one handset for two weeks now. I have been promised call backs, over and over again, but have never received one. Yet they won't put me through to anyone who has the authority to solve the problem. I have spend numerous phone calls, and a total of 8 hours on the phone trying to sort the problem out......And I thought Orange were bad

I'd rather a company treat all its customers well, regardless of who they are.

Thats the way of the world.
In work I can speak to a person from Vodafone usually within 20 seconds of picking up the phone.

If i call about my personal phone I'm lucky to get through the first IVR menu in 20 seconds.

The difference? My monthly spend - £25. Approx monthly spend at work £100k

Well that's how it should be, but the fact of life is that it isn't.

By the way Russ, did I put this thread in the right category?

They pick up fairly quick with small businesses, but it seems the service has gone down hill.
