Re: "Free" calls to mobiles

Don't see any issue there. The animation makes it clear (now) that the free calls to Mobiles are included as part of your home phone plan - same as landline numbers are

As they are part of the phone plan any rules like 60 min re-dial apply

Re: "Free" calls to mobiles

Exactly, its in black and white, why are so many people confused!

It works exactly like the BT 0845 and 0870 calls offer.

Calls to Virgin Mobiles,01,02 and 03 numbers are at no extra cost for up to an hour at these times:

4p plan: Midnight Friday to Midnight Sunday

Talk Weekends: Midnight Friday to Midnight Sunday

Talk Evening and Weekends: 6pm to 8am weekdays and from 6pm friday to 8am monday morning.

Talk Unlimited: 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

To continue talking longer than hour hang up and redial at 58 minutes to avoid extra costs.

Outside your call allowance, you will be charged normal rates for calls, for cheaper calls to mobiles from your Virgin Media landline, take out Talk Mobile or move onto Talk Anywhere.
