Hi there forgive me if this is a common problem that has been answered many times in the past but..........My mums got ROSS free sat in france the dish fitted by a frenchie last year. This last month the bbc channels go off in the afternoon saying no or poor signal. Also the remote has stopped working where can I get anew one.
