VM Cancellation Fee

I signed up for a 12 month 50MB contract, that is due to expire this October. Anyone knows what the cancellation fee is like? I wish I could search it for myself, but my internet has been terrible and I'll get frustrated searching.

Re: VM Cancellation Fee

I think its £80?

They are quick to ask for that, even when they have broken a contract multiple times, but if you do it.... its hell on earth.

Re: VM Cancellation Fee

If you haven't been getting the service and you have called up to complain a few time they should release you for free.

Re: VM Cancellation Fee

They never say those prices on the phone when you threaten to leave, it was usually around the £80 mark. Was for me a few days ago.

Well they definately should as that's what you get charged!

It's even built into the system to be able to give you a correct quote for disconnection

Would point out that the fee is usually worked out after the end of the 30 days. So if you have 4 months left it would be 30 days + 3 months EDF
