he is on 10mbit. If you have a look at your modem config at 192.168.100.1 it will tell you whether it is running docsis 1 or 3.
Have you checked to see whether you can get BT Infinity in your area yet?

How do I look at my modem modem config 192.168.100 ?
Just going to check for BT Infinity. Its not available as yet and no date given.
Please note the speedtest now compaired to #63 at 2.13.

really? youve been asked questions a number of times and have clearly not bothered to answer and instead posted yet another speedtest result in 1 of your newly created threads. if you can't get to grips with common sense id advise you not to have this obsession with speedtests as they will only drive you insane. cheap ADSL will do you nicely.

if he has the superhub then it will be 192.168.0.1 not a clue what the login details are i think ther eoin th bototm of the shub

incase it he cant open ip address web page use this windows key+ r then type in 192.168.100.1 and press ok
