Angry Can't create my wanted email name?

I have tried many times to create the email name of my choice. Now I have a very unique name, and trust me it would be highly unlikely there is someone with my name as an email address, let alone 11 of them! When I go to configure it, it suggests my name without a full stop. I want my email address to appear like my blueyonder one. So that would be first.sirname11@virginmail.com. Yet everytime I have tried it it just keeps kicking it out saying that it is in use! It will then keep kicking it out until I got to first.sirname@virginmail.com at which point I have given up lol.

What gives, why is it not letting me choose my email address with my name in it? I can't give my real name out to prove it is pretty unique for obvious reasons!

Any Virgin guys wanna comment?

Re: Can't create my wanted email name?

Maybe it's because you may already have forename.surname11 as an alias for your blueyonder.co.uk address?

I would call technical support as they can check to see if the is any issue with getting you alias on the account.
