Entitled to the new v6 box?

I have the largest bundle which I think is called the VIP bundle. Am I entitled to the new v6 tivo box to replace the current one I have?

As long as you have at least Mix TV and 100Mbps or higher, the you can get V6. So this definitely includes you.

Re: Entitled to the new v6 box?

Will I have to pay to upgrade to the new v6 box? Also is it possible to transfer recorded stuff from the old box to the new one?

Re: Entitled to the new v6 box?

As you are on the VIP bundle, there would be a one-off charge of around £65 to replace both boxes with V6.
You can't transfer recordings.

I have been led to believe that you can keep your old box for an extra fee (£7.50 PM?)

You could thus do this for a short period enabling you to watch your recordings, then cancel the old box should you wish.
