Job well done.

My phone went dead on Wednesday just after midnight, this is the only problem I have ever had with the phone since it was installed many years ago, anyway, decided to wait until 9.00am to fill in the on-line fault form, just in case the engineers were doing some upgrades.

The on-line check reported that everything was working fine, so no area problems, carried on and completed the form, immediately got an auto reply saying they were on the case, mmmm.

Forty five minutes later the modem lights start flashing, looks like someone could actually be on the case.... on checking the phone, normal service had been resumed.

This is how a fault reporting system should work, no hassle, no drama no-one getting annoyed or frustrated. Well done VM.
