Winter Hill retune problems?

Anyone else had a problem with this? Channel 61 has moved to 49 and 62 to 50. I get no signal on either of the new channels, so no BBC NW or non HD BBC channels, no Sky News and various others. I'm in Manchester City Centre.

And it will only get worse, as the authorities are already eyeing up the 700Mhz band the rest of Winter Hill's output sits in for the next generation of phones. The aerial manufacturers must be rubbing their hands in anticipation.
