Downgraded services - tech calling to collect VHD box.
Just a quick question re the subject.
Times are hard. I downgraded all my services to as low as I could today - no 2nd box, basic TV & 10mb BB. Just kept a V+ box.
I expected a prepaid box to be sent to return the VHD box but an engineer has been booked to collect it. Will he be needing to check levels perhaps? Or just scheduled to collect as he's in the area?
