Re: Virgin Media TiVo iPad app

There is a new TiVo iPad app about to land with new features for selected cable company partners such as the inclusion of VOD content. Maybe this is what Virgin were waiting for...?

Re: Virgin Media TiVo iPad app

Virgin is getting it's own app. Looks pretty much the same as the official one.

Oh I didn't check that! Sorry. I'm new to TiVo so got a bit excited.

Hopefully they get a move on. Perhaps with this alleged October update, we might see this app! (hopefully)

I was told by Neil Berkett (VM CEO) that the iPad app will be out in October.

Re: Virgin Media TiVo iPad app

We all know what Nick O said on the Virgin Forums
Quote:
As I've said in a separate post, the introduction of new features to TiVo planned for the second half of this year will not come all in a single update.

I just hope to set expectations because it seems that a rumour has been heavily perpetuated on this board that there is one all encompassing update to come. In actuality, there will be a large update, but other feature updates will follow very soon after this update (as their introduction had the update itself as a dependency).

HD Boy, you seem to ignore everyone.

The iPad app should be released once the next big update happens, which should be before Christmas.
