What are the upstream rates on the ntl packages ?

I have looked high and low to find definitive information, but to no avail. I apologise if it is posted somewhere obvious.

If not could it be ?
It would be nice if you could easily find such information on ntl's sites ......

ntl consider a lot of their customers to apparently be morons and don't really see fit to give details like that away.
