Can't exclude search terms in Wishlists.

I'm trying to exclude some programmes in Wishlists, but when I press thumbs down, all it does is change the on screen keypad into lower case!

Pressing thumbs up makes the capital letters appear again.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

So for keywords it would be:

Enter the keyword
Choose 'Save this keyword and enter another' so that it appears in Saved Keywords
Move the selection to the Saved Keyword
Press Thumbs Down

Same applies for Title Keyword, Actor etc. The thing you want to exclude has to show in the Saved section first.

It's worked! Thanks very much Ben.

Oddly, when I first tried, the cursor moved all over the place but where I wanted it to go to.

I tried new batteries, but it made no difference.

I rebooted the box and that cleared the problem, but had to do a 'connect to VM" as it didn't automatically connect as it used to with my old box.

My heart sank this morning with a couple of brief reappearances of the purple spinning circle, so hopefully this has resolved this too.

I wonder if the V6 will still benefit from the odd reboot; perhaps this clears the cache or something??

Re: Can't exclude search terms in Wishlists.

Thanks to Ben I've managed to input in my blacklist.

However, the odd programmes still appear in planned recordings.

I have the term 'Horror' in my Wishlists, but it keeps on bringing up an often shown programme from one of the Asian channels called 'Gangaa' and an often repeated filler used by the Horror channel called 'Horror' Highlights".

-Horror Highlights and -Gangaa are shown at the top in my Wishlist screen.

Anybody know what i'm doing wrong?

Cheers.
