If you require kit as part of the speed double program then you'll get it free

Note: If not, then why do we have to pay for SuperHub when going 10Mb to 30Mb
Because L 30 is a new tier, not part of the automatic upgrades

The upgrade for M / L 10 is to 20Mbit

Yes, but that is the point. Virgin will now have people paying the same amount for 20Mb (without SuperHub) as others pay for 30Mb. (with SuperHub).

Anyway, maybe the rumours are true and it will be "equalized" by the end of the year.

Thanks for taking the time to reply Ben (I know it's your own time on here)

Re: My current bundle.

Ok had the tivo fitted today and my amount of channels has gone down as expected.

But I am still on 10mbit, config file is 10mbit as are speedtests/downloading. I am assuming this is wrong, any idea?

Re: My current bundle.

1) Oops for my last post, wrong thread there lol

2) Have you got a SuperHub? 30Mbit requires one. If you don't, you should have had one installed. If you do, I'd phone up and check what broadband tier you are on

I had the superhub already.

I have not rang them but online it says my broadband is L, my TV is M+ and my phone is M.

On the green box double speed checker thing it states

Quote:
Your current speed is up to 10Mb

Your new speed is up to 20Mb
I have posted on the VM forums so hopefully they will sort it

Re: My current bundle.

Unlikely. Forum team are faults, they aren't allowed to change product codes - that has to be done via Customer Services
