Intrestingly on the legal side of Kodi there are quite a few tv apps from networks now from the uk we have ukplay (when it works lol), tvplayer,filmon,bbc iplayer, itvhub.
And the usa ABC, Freeform (still named abc family for some reason), food network, syfy, nbcsports, foxsport, bravo, lifetime, history to name a few.

You only have to compare all those series in the link with the number of dramas being shown on all the pay tv channels put together to appreciate that there's a darn sight more on Netflix! I'm not sure why you are disagreeing with that, unless you are into this new 'fake news' craze!
