Fast Diet DR Mosley admits he got it wrong on fats

Which I knew all along. The demonising of animal fats in the 80s is what lead to the obesity crisis imo. Poisons like transfats and increased sugar in our diet. Well at last the science is catching up

Eat your eggs cheese butter and meat yummy

More refined sugar available = more diabetes (type 2 from obesity).

Fructose (sugars in fruit) are showing themselves to be liver-killers too.

This may sound daft, but how much is a portion?

I've wondered ever since the start of the 5-a-day campaign.

Nice post Tiz. Been low carb, high fat since October last year. Loving my butter and eggs! Lost a fair bit of weight, and considering that I work in an office and don't move about much, it's working wonders!

Saturated fats won't harm you unless you eat loads of carbs too.
