VM Router Xbox one NAT

Hello,

I've been looking online trying to find a guide on how to get an open NAT with a sh2 and Xbox one. Not too great with that sort of stuff, can anyone give a step by step guide?

I never had a problem on my SH2, from memory I think you need something like 'respond to icmp ping' enabled, not sure if it is called that though.

If you are having connectivity issues you need to put the xbox in the dmz

I'm not, someone I know it. I believe that involves assigning a static ip to the Xbox? How would I go about doing that? Thanks

I dont know exactly where it is on the shub because i have never used it in router mode but on all the routers i have used there is a hierarchical structure for lan/subnet/dhcp reservation. Assign the xbox an ip and then go into the dmz section and add the ip to the dmz. You might need to restart the xbox for it ti get the new ip.
