I have just tried to watch a program on my windows 10 desktop. I have signed in ,but when I click on a channel all I get is " loading" but the channel never loads.
I have also noticed that if I go into my account and look at the devices section these will also not load any help would be appreciated.
I've just tried it on my iPhone, I can watch some channels but not others, can anyone tell me why, I thought you would be able to watch any of the available channels on your chosen registered device.
