NAT Type, On Virgin Media?

On my previous belkin N router with TalkTalk my nat type was open
But iv just changed to VM and now the nat type is moderate

how can i change it to open?

Also when i connected the pc (vista) through up an IP problem saying that another device was on the same IP?

It's entirely down to the router as to what sort of NAT it provides, are you getting any issues with the PS3 connecting?

No it connects ok (only tried 1 game online with cod)
Seen in the routers setting where you can open the nat!
but not sure with it saying about security.

How can i set my ps3 to run on a seperate ip to my pc?

Either do a dhcp reservation on the PS3 MAC number or (not sure if it's possible but I assume it is) just manually enter a static IP on the same subnet..

Then you can DMZ the PS3 which I presume is what you want to do..
