No different to the last 20 years or so then, where we have normally resided in last few spots. Besides, it's nothing to do with talent, more so who thy Neighbour is, you of all people should know that.

Don't know Mick, gave up on it when Bardo didn't win in 1982, it was a travesty.... https://youtu.be/zk_EG-fBmms

Eurovision, never to be taken seriously, only thing remotely entertaining about it, is the scoring oh and the days when the late Sir Terry Wogan, narrated it. Rest of Europe takes it seriously, while the English laugh at it.

Anyway, should be worth watching this year, according to Juncker, with English language being in such a decline, it will be just as surprising to see the amount of song entries, sang in English, proving that drunken old fool is wrong.

It would be the supreme irony if the French entry was sung in English.

After a bit of research, Mr Drunken Juncker (has a ring to this haha), is so desperately wrong.

Just take a look here:-

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_o...rs_by_language

47% of Eurovision winners, are songs sang with the use of or part of the English Language and this is since it's inception. There were a number of years where a Country was forced to use it's own Language.

Re: European Elections 2017

Still a while until the German election but Merkel seems to be in a strong position.

https://www.theguardian.com/world/20...state-election

In an area largely dominated by her closest rivals, the Social Democrats, she has taken seats off them! Bizarre after 12 years in Government.
