Re: The Pirate Bay is blocked
Original address works fine here, but I do use OpenDNS servers instead of VM's (pages load so much faster!) so not sure if that combined with tpb's new ip's makes any difference.

Re: The Pirate Bay is blocked
Does anyone else find it strange how it's become unblocked on Virgin Media? Maybe it's a setup to trap and monitor pirate users or something

Unlikely. If you are that worried about being caught why don't you invest in something like BTGuard?

And now for the the documentary

TPB-AFK, the upcoming documentary about The Pirate Bay and its founders, is finally ready for a worldwide premiere. The film has been in the making for four years and aside from funds received from “the Internet” it received financial support from major broadcasters including the BBC. Director Simon Klose hopes that the film will be picked up by a film festival soon so it can be shared on the Internet, for free.

Re: The Pirate Bay is blocked
I noticed the other week that I had to switch back to pirateproxy as they blocked the original domain again.

Virgin supplies 30 day binary newsgroup access for free. I don't really know why people are still bothering with torrents for recent stuff.
If you're going to pay for a service, you may as well pay for newsgroups.
