trying to connect DIR615 to win7

Hi,

I have just been upgraded to 50Mb service and received the free dlink dir615. I have managed to connect to laptops both using wifi but I cannot connect my windows 7 64bit home premium. The pc sees the network and asks me for the accesskey then it fails. It says "Windows unable to connect to dlink.". I have tried connecting with encrypting off and I still got that message.

ANy ideas?

Re: trying to connect DIR615 to win7

It might be the settings on the laptop that need altering as i had this issue as well.
Open the network and sharing window then click on the wireless connection then click on wireless properties ans click the security tab and make sure that the two fields are showing
WPA2-Personal on the security type and AES on the encryption type.

If you get stuck jut let me know.
